I recently found this quote (pictured) and just love it. Although it can apply to any creative area of life I believe it is a wonderful mantra for us bloggers, new or old.
If it’s important enough, you’ll make time for it
Everyone one is busy, that’s a fact. Most people spend hours at work, then come home to other duties but wish they could fit in something they are passionate about. At the end of the day if it is something truly important to you, you will make time for it no matter what even if it means getting up an extra hour early or spending less time on something frivolous like watching TV.
If you don’t know where to start, start anywhere
I feel this line of the quote really applies to newbie bloggers. Some are too afraid to take the plunge as they are fearful of making a mistake or not having anything important enough for people to read. Start your blog for you and not for others and you will be surprised where it leads you.
If you feel stuck, ask someone to help you out
Being part of the blogging community can be awesome as there are always people to help you out. Get to know other bloggers in your network and if you need any help with a post, an idea or maybe some html coding I am sure they will be willing to offer their assistance and who knows, you might be able to help them out too!
If you’re tired, take a timed break
Everyone gets tired and sometimes we even get tired of our blog. I have taken timed breaks from my blog and always come back refreshed with great ideas. It is ok to do this and don’t be afraid that you will lose followers. The true readers will stick around and support you if they really enjoy your blog. Readers will always prefer quality content so take some time to get your mojo back!
If you don’t know how to do it try doing what you can
Not everyone knows how to get started with a blog. Of course you can read some tips on how to start a blogor you can do what I did. Just start. Go to your preferred blog platform and start a blog right now – this instant!

If you believe that you can do it, you will
By far the best tip of all. When it comes to creativity there is no right or wrong just let your creative juices flow and have fun with it. If you believe in your work others will see that and believe in it too.
