Many of you have liked my posts’ series of outsourcing. You’re amazing.
I didn’t plan to write a full series on this topic until I saw that you liked it.
You’re also giving me a lot of great ideas that I’ll write about them sooner.
You guys are amazing. I saw that many of you thrilled by the blogging tasks you could outsource. Today, I’ve 4 more tasks for you that you could outsource and keep the momentum going without spending a lot of your valuable time on things that would be done for dollars.
Here are the previous parts of the serious, if you want to take a look:
  • Email Tasks to Outsource to Save More Time
  • 3 Other Writing Tasks to Outsource and Do What You Like Best
  • 4 Writing Tasks to Outsource and Get More Free Time
  • 3 Administrative and Blogging Tasks to Outsource
  • 4 More Administrative and Blogging Tasks to Outsource (You’re here)

1- Research:

Researching is essential to know the problems that your audience is facing.
It’s a great way to know whether your topic will be successful or not based on the number of questions asked.
Also, researching is essential to know more about a topic and know the angles that others are talking about, so you could write the post from different angle and stand out from the crowd.
Also, you need it, to add more to the topic that you’re talking about.
The problem is that it could take you hours and hours.
Outsource and get everything ready for you to write about it, or outsource it also =)

2- Managing comments:

We came to the second most consuming task after email management for all bloggers which is managing comments.
It’s like emails, having more readers means more emails means more comments.
As you grow your blog, you want to keep the community highly engaged and only show high quality comments.
That’s why you need to manage your comments and remove spam ones.
After a certain limit, you won’t be able to manage your comments. That’s why you should have someone and sometime more than a one to manage it for you without spending you time.
Big blogs have more than one person to manage their comments.
You could have your assistant do this job for you and save you more hours.
Don’t outsource this task, until you get a lot of comments and you don’t have free time to manage it.

3- Polishing your posts:

This is the most favorite one for me.
After you write a post, you need to spend more time to put images and polish your posts.
Images always increase shares and visits. It also keep your audience engaged till the end of the post.
You need other eyes to look on your posts to check for mistakes.
They could also add other things like tags and category and all this stuff.

Last Words:

These 3 tasks are outsourced by most of the top bloggers.
They’re time consuming and outsourcing them could be better.
Which of these are you going to outsource? Do you have more tasks to outsource?
Share your thoughts in the comments.
