Here’s a few top tips for bloggers

Whether you’re just getting started or have beenblogging for awhile now, keeping on top of the tips that will get you noticed is a good idea. Check out these essential tips that will open the doors if you’re a newbie, or act as some solid refreshers if you’re an old hand at blogging.
Don’t be impatient
You can’t force things to happen so you shouldn’t even try. Work on your blog and your writing constantly and know that every finished blog will bring you closer to your goal, but don’t check the analytics you’ve got working with your blog too often. Remember that daily numbers don’t mean all that much when the blog is only a few months old. Trends you can really pay attention to will only show up after you’ve let the blog ferment for a period.
Patience is another virtue you’ll need when you’re working on finding a voice for your writing. Trying to imitate someone else will steer you even further off course. Don’t write like someone is looking over your shoulder is good advice and that means adopting a conversational style. Above all, remember that writing in your own voice takes time and effort and there’s no set period to accomplish that.
Foster a community
The tools you need to get the word out on your posts can be found in social media and other places. Facebook and Twitter and just two of the bigger names and searching for the right WordPress plugins that can help you on your way is a good technique as well.
Know Your Audience’s Limits
Keep in mind, most readers on the Internet don’t have long attention spans and they won’t get through a post that reads like an essay. While 200 words might be a little too short, 1000 is way too much for the average reader to stay interested in. Remember too that you need to get directly to the point in your posts and you should be able to make a convincing argument in about 300 words or slightly more or less.

Write with conviction. Your audience will come back to read your views only when you’ve got them. They might disagree, but they’ll enjoy you sharing a strong point of view.
